Who owns the website?
With the Fixed Price Website, the website is 100% yours once the final payment is made. With the Monthly Website Plan and Growth Website Plan, ownership transfers to you after the 12-month minimum term has been completed.
What happens after the 12-month monthly plan ends?
After the 12-month minimum term, the website is yours. If you'd like Norvian to continue managing hosting, maintenance, updates and support, your plan continues on a reduced rolling monthly rate. The Monthly Website Plan reduces to £69.99/month and the Growth Website Plan reduces to £149.99/month. You can cancel after the minimum term with 30 days' written notice.
Can I leave after 12 months?
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. The website ownership transfers to you, and any handover or migration support can be discussed depending on what you need.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee is not just basic web hosting. It covers managed website infrastructure, performance-focused setup, technical upkeep, minor updates and support, so you do not need to deal with hosting accounts, DNS, deployments or website maintenance yourself.
Do I need to manage hosting myself?
No. Norvian can manage the website setup, hosting, technical upkeep and support for you, so you have one point of contact when something needs changing or checking.
What is included in the 7-day turnaround?
The 7-day turnaround covers the design and build of your core pages. It starts once we have received your content, assets and the setup payment — that's what keeps the timeline moving.
Is copywriting included?
We help structure and polish your content and guide you on what each page needs. Full bespoke copywriting from scratch can be arranged — just ask and we'll include it in your quote.
Is hosting included?
On the Monthly and Growth plans, managed hosting, maintenance, minor updates and support are all included as part of a fully managed website service. On the Fixed Price Website, you can add an optional Website Care Plan from £49.99/month for managed hosting, maintenance and support after the free support period.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Monthly and Growth plans have a 12-month minimum term. After the minimum term, ownership of the website transfers to you. If you'd like Norvian to keep managing it, the plan continues at a reduced rolling rate — £69.99/month on the Monthly plan and £149.99/month on the Growth plan — and either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Redesigns are a big part of what we do — we can rebuild an outdated or underperforming site into something faster, clearer and easier to contact you through.
Will the website rank on Google?
We include an Enhanced local SEO setup — page titles, meta descriptions, service-area structure, image optimisation and indexing essentials — so your site is built on solid foundations. We don't guarantee rankings, leads or sales, as no honest agency can. We focus on building a fast, well-structured site that gives you the best possible starting point.
What platform is it built on?
